Out of Stock Policy
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “Instock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out of stock items are in stock again within four (4) weeks. Certain items for sale on our site are not kept in inventory, but can be special ordered for you and shipped within (3-4) weeks. If you select one of these items, your checkout page will indicate the actual shipping date. If the shipping date is not acceptable, you may cancel the item before confirming your order
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Most products can be returned within seven (7) days of the delivery date. If you are not satisfied with your product, you are eligible to return your product within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. Refunds are for the total cost of the merchandise less 20% re-stocking fee and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. Any returns received with missing items, used, altered or without original packaging will not be credited.
If the item is being returned due to a manufacturer’s defect or because we shipped the wrong item, we will pay for all shipping fees related to making the return for refund, store credit, or exchange.
We would like to kindly remind you, that most of the jewelry we sell are handmade and delicate. Sometimes, Its common to have an item missing stones during shipping. All the jewelry on our website are SOLD-AS-IS. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the items we will refund the total cost of the merchandise less 20% and shipping charges.

All clearance items purchased on our website are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with Kalanjali Collections, you must contact customer support IMMEDIATELY by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (1-972-916-9000). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund. Refusal of delivery will not prevent original shipping charges, return shipping fees or any restocking fees from applying to any refund allowed. Any orders paid by credit card will be refunded back to the same account. Check with your credit card provider to find out the time period to credit your account after we process the refund to post a credit back to your account.
Exchanges & Refund Policy
The following criteria must be met to be eligible for an exchange or refund
- Exchanges and returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the original order date.
- Item(s) must be new, unused and in their original packaging, along with all accessories. Item(s) must be accompanied by the packing slip generated from the return process noted above.
- We recommend using a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.
- You will not receive a refund for your return until we receive your returned item.
- We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
COSTUMES RETURNS POLICY
Absolutely no returns or cancellations on costumes. Costumes may be exchanged for sizing within one (1) week of receiving your merchandise. Exchanges are considered new orders. There is a $5 fee per costume for exchanges. CALL US TO RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER PRIOR TO EXCHANGING, OR THE TRANSACTION CANNOT BE COMPLETED. Exchanged costumes must be in brand new condition and contain all accessories and original packaging, costumes must not be worn, used or altered in anyway. Shipping charges are not refundable.
***Please check the size chart and make sure you get the right size. You are responsible for selecting your costume size.
Styles, colors and fabrics are subject to change without notice due to the manufacturer's production. These changes are beyond our control. We do our best to catch these issues; however, the manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and textures of our products that appear at our website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD - Some items may contain small beads which could cause choking and or death if swallowed. Our products are not intended for children under five (5) years old. Some of the jewelry is not intended for children under the age of twelve (12) years.
Metals used may contain brass, copper and/or nickel silver. Please be advised, it is the customers responsibility to be aware of any allergies or skin sensitivity. If you find out that you or your child is allergic to the jewelry you bought from our store, we will gladly take our jewelry back within seven (7) days. Our store is not responsible for accidents or any other issues related to such use.
Shipping Within the US
- All shipping is currently being handled through USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL or PRIORITY MAIL and Fedex, depending on the weight of your products.
- Orders with APO/FPO addresses and in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may take longer to be delivered.
- All Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 Business Days.
- Once shipped, there is an estimated delivery date of 2-5 business days.
- All shipping rates will be calculated at time of checkout.
- USPS (United States Postal Service) offers tracking on these items and an email link will be emailed when your order is processed and shipped.
***Please make sure your shipping address you enter in the website is accurate, We will ship to the address entered on the website, not to the PayPal address.
These are the estimated delivery dates given to us by the USPS and Fedex however, they are not guaranteed. Majority of the orders do get delivered within the specified time frame, unfortunately in some cases orders do get delayed either at the post office or at your countries customs location (varies by country).
International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival.
Note, Kalanjali Collections is not responsible for any customs or duty fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Note: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you are responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes; in this case, all such return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes will be billed to the method of payment you used. Shipping fees are not refundable for undelivered shipments or refused shipments.
International Returns & Exchanges
We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Orders shipped internationally cannot be returned to our stores.
